Está dotado de un movimiento rotatorio que reproduce el aspecto del firmamento a lo largo de un año. Incluye dos discos intercambiables con las estrellas fijas del hemisferio norte: puedes ver sólo estrellas o estrellas con constelaciones. Además puedes añadir la opción de estrellas fugaces. El ángulo de proyección y el enfoque son regulables, tiene temporizador para apagado automático y 2 opciones de movimiento, para ver el universo como se ve desde cualquier punto de la Tierra.
